Commission Work
We produce custom stained glass for residential homes, businesses, and churches. Whether it’s a small suncatcher or a large stained glass window we can custom create it all in any design style you desire!
Pricing
The cost of custom glass work is determined by square footage, complexity, and the techniques required to achieve the desired project. We are always considerate of your budget. We will prepare an estimate for your project once we know the size, design, and process you would like to see in your window.
The Process
The process for ordering a custom piece starts with a visit to our studio. We will discuss what you have in mind and will be able to suggest ideas by viewing some design books and photos of stained glass projects. We will take notes and ask questions about color, size, project location, and budget to determine what will best suit your needs.
Our methods of construction are:
Foiled glass
Fused glass
Any of these elements can be added to your piece. Once the design is approved, and the materials (colors, textures, bevels, etc.) are chosen, a 25% deposit is required before construction begins.
Repair Work
We offer repair services for stained glass suncatchers, small panels, windows, and panel lamps. Is your stained glass broken, cracked, or stretched? Bring your item buy the studio and we can take a look.
Pricing
Because every project is different, accurate estimates are not possible without first examining the damage to the piece. Then a written estimate will be provided before any work can begin. We require a 25% deposit at the time of placing the order.
The Process
The most difficult part of most stained glass repairs is matching the glass. We work with several glass distributors to obtain exact matches, but sometimes the glass was originally manufactured by a company that no longer exists, or the glass is not made anymore, so we are forced to use glass that is as close as possible in color and texture. We will give you an approximate schedule for completion. However we never know what surprises may await us, so we appreciate your patience.
